Research Project Proposal (Due Friday!) Guidelines

There are four things that you have to include in your proposal:

1. Your topic: Should be 2-4 sentences explaining the general information about your topic, eg. why you picked it, what’s interesting, etc.

2. How you topic relates to invisibility: Should be 2-4 sentences explaining how your topic relates to the term of invisibility (remember the stealth bomber example?).

3. What one of the three themes of invisibility (scientific/physical, symbolic/metaphorical, & religious/emotional) does your topic fall under?: Should be 2-4 sentences explaining how your topic falls under one of the three themes.

Make Up Grammar Tests!!!!!

*Important!!!*

Remember, if you are one of the people that made below a 70 on the Grammar test, you do have the option to re-take it for a maximum grade of 70. However, to do so you must come talk to me before or after class to schedule a time for you to come to tutorials. After you have attended ONE tutorials session over the grammar, you may schedule a time to make up the grammar test. Again, you may only retake the grammar test IF AND ONLY IF you come to a tutorials session over grammar first! Make sure you take care of business so you are not struggling for the rest of the 6 weeks!!!

Makeup Work If Absent Policy *Important*

Remember guys,

If you are absent it is YOUR responsibility to come see me to get the work you missed. You are only given ONE day to complete the missed work and turn it in. If you do not complete it within that timeframe then it is a zero in the grade book (or an ACE if you haven’t used it already). Make sure you come to see me!
